It’s already Week 12 of the 2016 college football season. The No. 1 Alabama Crimson Tide are the only undefeated team left in the Power 5 after upset Saturday last week. Alabama (10-0) will host the Chattanooga Mocs (8-20 on Saturday afternoon in Week 12. Kickoff from Bryant-Denny Stadium in Tuscaloosa will be at 12:00 p.m. ET on November 19th. ESPN 2 will have the telecast. The available live stream can be found on WatchESPN.

No. 1 Alabama hosts Chattanooga in Tuscaloosa on Saturday. The game won’t be close, but that’s not the point. It’s part of the annual, pseudo-official SEC-SoCon Challenge, where power teams meet up with FCS opponents. The power teams get a win, and the little teams get a nice check for showing up, which makes up an important part of their budgets. Everybody wins, even though someone usually gets completely blown out.

Alabama has only two games left before getting to its third straight SEC Championship Game: Chattanooga and the arch rival Auburn Tigers. Auburn had a shot at playing for the SEC West division title in the 2016 Iron Bowl, but fell on the road to cross-divisional rival Georgia Bulldogs in Athens in Week 11.

Although he is doing a great job, and I mean it in every aspect compared to the other SEC QB’s, he has those errors that he cannot make in big games under Coach Saban. Alabama’s running game has improved over the course of the season, which is something they could rely on and probably utilize more this week. Damien Harris and Bo Scarbrough make a nice duo in the backfield to keep the opponent’s rush defense on their toes.

We all know the Alabama is the team to beat and this how Saban and company want this team to be. Chattanooga is just another team to plow over and prepare them for the more important this-is-for-bragging-rights game against the Tigers.
